探讨新型及特殊保持装置改良式热压膜联冠透明器在口腔正畸中的应用效果

Study on Application Effect of New and Special Retaining Device of Modified Transparent Full-arch Wraparound Retainer in Orthodontics

目的探讨口腔正畸治疗中新型及特殊保持装置的临床应用效果。方法入选该院2013年8月—2014年8月完成口腔正畸治疗的患者共60例,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组治疗后佩戴Hawley保持器,观察组佩戴改良式热压膜联冠透明器,比较两种保持装置的应用效果。结果两组PAR指数在牙齿排列、覆牙合、颊舌向牙合关系及垂直向牙合关系方面的差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与Hawley保持器相比,正畸治疗后佩戴改良式热压膜联冠透明器的保持效果更加明显,值得临床进一步使用和推广。

Objective To study the clinical application effect of new and special retaining device in orthodontics. Methods 60 cases of patients finishing orthodontics treatment in our hospital from August 2013 to August 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each, the control group wore Hawley＇s retainer after treatment, the obser-vation group wore modified transparent full-arch wraparound retainer, and the application effects of the two retaining de-vices were compared. Results The differences in the tooth arrangement, overbite, buccal and lingual teeth relationship and vertical occlusal relationship between the PAR indexes of the two groups had statistical significance by comparison, P〈0.05. Conclusion The retain effect of wearing modified transparent full-arch wraparound retainer is more obvious after the or-thodontics treatment compared with that of Hawley＇s retainer, which is worth further application and promotion in clinic.
