“以患儿与家庭为中心”的护理模式在儿科临床护理中的应用分析

Application Analysis of Children and Family-centered Nursing Model in the Pediatric Clinical Nursing

目的探究"以患儿与家庭为中心"的护理模式在儿科临床护理中的应用价值。方法选取2014年1月—2016年1月期间于该院儿科病房就诊的患儿按照就诊时间均不同分为观察组和对照组。对照组患儿施行功能制护理模式,观察组患儿施行"以患儿与家庭为中心"的护理模式,比较分析两组护患纠纷事件发生率以及护理质量评分情况。结果观察组护理质量评分明显优于对照组(P<0.01);护患纠纷事件发生率相比,观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论通过在儿科病房施行"以患儿与家庭为中心"的护理模式,可有效提升护理质量,降低护患纠纷事件发生率,值得临床使用。

Objective To study the application value of children and family-centered nursing model in the pediatric clinical nursing. Methods The children diagnosed in the pediatric ward of our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were se-lected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups, the control group adopted functional nursing model, the observation group adopted children and family-centered nursing model, and the incidence rate of nurse-patient disputes and nursing quality score were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing quality score in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group, P〈0.01, the incidence rate of nurse-patient dispute in the obser-vation group was obviously lower than that in the control group, P〈0.01. Conclusion The children and family-centered nursing model in the pediatric ward can effectively improve the nursing quality and reduce the incidence rate of nurse-pa-tient disputes, which is worth clinical application.
