Application of Nursing Team in the Medical Nursing Quality Management

目的探讨护理团队管理模式在内科护理质量管理中应用的效果,寻求科学的管理方法。方法 2013年8月—2014年8月在该院内科实施护理团队管理模式。比较实施护理团队管理模式前后内科护理综合质量。结果实施护理团队管理模式以后,内科的服务意识、沟通能力、病区管理、技能操作、应急能力、护理文书评分均显著高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论实施护理团队管理模式,可以提高内科护理质量,有效改善护患关系,提高患者及家属满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the application effect of nursing team management model in the internal medical quality management and find the scientific management methods. Methods The internal medical department of our hospital adopted nursing team management model from August 2013 to August 2014, and the medical nursing comprehensive quality and satisfactory degree of patients before and after the implementation of nursing team management model were compared. Re-sults The service awareness, communication capability, ward management, skill operation, emergency capability and nursing documentation after implementation were obviously higher than those before implementation （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The im-plementation of nursing team management model can improve the nursing quality in the internal medical department, effec-tively improve the nurse-patient relationship and improve the satisfactory degree of patients and their families, which is worth promotion and application.
