Study on Infection Control and Handing of Clinical Laboratory in Hospital

目的研究怎样提高医院检验科室感染管理和控制方案,降低感染几率,并为今后工作中提供有效的参考意见。方法利用回顾性分析自该院在2010年6月—2014年6月间以来检验科室5000份资料对于感染控制和处理的情况作为主要研究对象,找出检验科感染因素,提出措施。结果检验科室出现容易感染的因素是多方面。包括:物体处理方面不科学、工作环境污染、缺乏对检验科室人员的知识培养、医院领导层对管理认识不足等多方面的因素的。结论医院检验科室存在感染安全隐患的,必须要全面的进行加强医院感染处置和处理措施,进而有效的预防交叉感染发生。医院检验科室是医院感染管理的重要部门之一,做好检验科室的感染控制是确保说明整个医疗机构治疗水平和医疗质量的重要衡量标准,我们作为专业的科室检验人员,怎么做好控制感染率发生是我们首要解决的问题。下面结合自身的经验谈几点意见。

Objective To research how to improve infection management and control plan of clinical laboratory in hospital, reduce infection probability and provide effective reference for the future work. Methods 5000 pieces of data about infec-tion control and handing in the clinical laboratory in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2014 were retrospectively ana-lyzed, and the infection factors in the clinical laboratory were found out and the measures were put forward. Results The factors of contamination in clinical laboratory were multiple, which included the unscientific object handing, contaminative working environment, shortage of knowledge cultivation of laboratory staff and insufficient recongnition of hospital leaders to management. Conclusion For the clinical laboratory in hospital with hidden danger, the hospital infection handling mea-sures should be comprehensively enhanced thus effectively preventing the occurrence of cross infection, the clinical labora-tory in hospital is one of the important departments in the hospital infection management, doing a good job in the infection control in the clinical laboratory is an important measure standard of the treatment level of the whole medical institutions and medical quality. As professional inspectors, how to do a good job in controlling the occurrence of infection rate is our first problem. And then we talk about a few viewpoints combined with our own experience.
