内科规范化管理对高血压患者的影响研究

Research on Standardized Management in Department of Internal Medicine on Patients with Hypertension

目的探讨给予高血压患者内科规范化管理对患者的影响并研究其临床疗效。方法随机选取2011年4月—2012年6月入住该院的高血压患者230例作为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组各115例,观察组患者给予内科规范化管理方法治疗;对照组患者给予患者常规普通管理方法治疗。观察两组患者实施管理方法 2年后对高血压疾病的了解率、合理服药的治疗率、控制血压正常的比率以高血压相关并发症发生情况。结果经过2年的内科规范化管理后,两组患者对高血压疾病的了解率、合理服药的治疗率、控制血压正常的比率均好于管理前且观察组患者以上指标明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者高血压相关并发症的发生率显著少于对照组。结论通过对高血压患者实施内科规范化管理能够从多种途径有效控制患者血压,且减少高血压并发症发生率,值得在临床上广泛应用。

Objective To study the effect of standardized management in department of internal medicine on patients with hypertension and research its clinical curative effect. Methods 230 cases of patients with hypertension treated in our hospi-tal from April 2011 to June 2012 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups with 115 cases in each, the observation group were treated with standardized management method in department of internal medicine, the control group were treated with conventional common management method, and the awareness rate of hypertension disease, treat-ment rate of rational administration, ratio of blood pressure normal control and occurrence of complications in relation to hypertension of the two groups were observed after 2 years of implementation of the management method. Results After 2 years of standardized management in department of internal medicine, awareness rate of hypertension disease, treatment rate of rational administration, ratio of blood pressure normal control of the two groups were better than those before manage-ment, and the above indexes in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group, and the differ-ences had statistical significance（P〈0.05）;the incidence rate of complications in relation to hypertension in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group. Conclusion The implementation of standardized management in department of internal medicine for patients with hypertension can effectively control hypertension of patients in multiple ways and reduce the incidence rate of hypertension complications, which is worth wide application in clinic.
