中药房工作质量对中医临床疗效的影响研究

中药房的工作质量关系着中医临床治疗的效果,因此,提高中药房的工作质量是中药工作者的神圣职责。中药工作者要求认真仔细、严谨务实,因为中药工作者的工作态度关系着患者的临床疗效问题。为了发展中药事业,国家在财政上、政策上都给予了支持,要求各个医院都要建立中药房,采用专业性中药人才,要求持证上岗,切实提高中药房的工作质量,这在一定程度上促进了我国中药事业的发展。该文重点研究了与中药房工作质量有关的影响中医疗效的几个因素。

The paper fo-cuses on several influencing factors of traditional Chinese medicine curative effect in relation to the working quality of the dispensary of traditional Chinese medicine.
