阐述了历史文化街区的概念,介绍了我国历史文化街区保护发展的历程,通过分析华光楼历史文化街区的原真性与综合价值,提出了华光楼历史文化街区的保护与发展建议。

This paper described the concept of historical and cultural blocks,introduced the development course of historical and cultural block protection in China,through the analysis on the authenticity and comprehensive value of historical and cultural blocks of Huaguang building,put forward the significance of protection and development of historical and cultural blocks of Huaguang building.
