摘要
分析了哈尔滨现阶段传统居住小区闭塞和缺少街区文化的现状,提出在打开围墙的大背景下,将推广街区制与社区文化两者有机结合的观点,并阐述了哈尔滨开放街区的实施方案,为居住小区的发展提供了参考。
The paper analyzes the blocking and insufficient community culture in current residential complexes in Harbin,points out the organic combination of block system and community culture under the opening enclosure,and illustrates the implementation of open streets in Harbin city,so as to provide some reference for the development of residential complexes.
