摘要
以某穹顶钢结构工程项目为例,介绍了不规则大型钢柱的吊装方法,利用ANSYS有限元软件,分析了吊耳的受力性能,并对钢丝绳和卡环进行了计算与设计,最后提出了钢柱找正方案,旨在保证钢柱的安装精度。
Taking the steel dome structure engineering project as an example,the paper introduces hoisting methods of irregular large-scale steel column,analyzes the stress performance of lifting lugs by applying ANSYS finite element software,carries out computation and design of steel wire rope and clasp,and finally puts forward steel column alignment scheme,with a view to guarantee the installation accuracy of steel column.
