我国房屋建筑面积及造价发展趋势分析

Analysis on the development trend of housing construction area and cost in China

根据中国统计年鉴中房地产企业房屋建筑的相关统计数据,分析了我国近10年的房屋建筑施工面积及其各个年度已竣工房屋造价的现状,并且结合现有的房屋建筑面积及其造价情况,运用灰色关联理论建立了已竣工房屋造价的灰色模型,并利用该模型预测了我国2015年—2019年竣工房屋建筑造价,有助于了解我国房屋建筑面积及其造价的发展趋势。

According to the relevant statistical data of real estate enterprises housing building in China＇s statistical yearbook.Analyzed the our country nearly 10 years of housing construction area and each year has been completed,the present situation of the cost of housing,and according to the existing housing construction area and its cost,the use of gray correlation theory to establish the grey model of the cost of housing have been completed,and the use of the model of the 2015—2019 completion of building construction cost forecast.It is helpful to understand the development trend of China＇s housing building area and its cost.
