摘要
分析了建筑施工阶段影响造价控制的主要因素,从监督管理、合同管理、变更管理、现场签证等方面,阐述了施工阶段的造价控制措施,有利于保证工程项目建设资金的合理利用。
The thesis analyzes major factors influencing cost control at building construction phase.Starting from aspects of supervision management,contract management,change management and in-situ visa,it describes cost control measures at construction phase,which will be good for guaranteeing rational construction fund utilization of engineering project.
