摘要
论述了土建工程现场施工管理的意义,分析了当前我国土建工程现场施工管理工作中存在的问题,并结合相关问题提出了科学的解决策略,以提高工程施工质量,降低施工管理风险,为今后我国土建行业的发展奠定良好基础。
This paper discussed the significance of civil engineering site construction management,analyzed the existing problems in our current civil engineering construction site management work,combining with related issues proposed scientific measures,in order to improve the construction quality,reduce the construction risk management,laid good foundation for the development of our current construction industry.
