摘要
社会科学普及工作是精神文明建设和党的意识形态工作的重要组成部分。当前,我市的社科普及工作紧跟新媒体时代,以社会科学普及周活动为重要抓手,从思想保证、阵地意识、围绕中心、三个贴近、坚持创新与发挥社科联优势等六个方面取得了实效。面对加强联动机制建设、提升传播宣传与舆论引导效果、社科普及从形式到内容仍需拓展等新要求,应运用互联网思维,增强服务导向意识,把握惟真惟实、实时互动、注重体验与联众聚合原则,探索社会科学普及的多媒体融合模式与OTO模式,基于内容生产、内容呈现与内容延展来充实创新内容,从实践应用、制度保障与队伍建设上完善社科普及工作创新体系。
Social science popularization is an important part of the construction of spiritual civilization and the party's ideologicalwork. At the present, Tianjin's social science popularization is keeping pace with new media age. The Social sciencepopularization Week is taken as an important starting point, and it has been effective in the assuance of thought, theconsciousness of the position, circumfusing the center, the three close, and the insistance on innovation. But it still needs tobe developed to meet the new demands to strengthen the linkage mechanism construction, to spread propaganda, to enhancethe effect of public opinion guidance and to expand the popularity of social sciences from form to content. We shoulduse the internet thinking, enhance service orientation, grasp the principles of keeping true and sincere, keeping on-tim einteraction, focusing on experience and polymerization, exploring multimedia convergence model and 0 T0 mode of socialscience popularization, enriching and innovating the contents based on content production, content rendering and contentextension, and improving the innovation system of social science popularization from the perspectives of practical application,system security and team building.
