摘要
随着经济和人民生活水平的提高,产生大量的生活废旧用品,这些废品急需合理的回收和再利用,否则将会给环境和经济的可持续发展造成很大的威胁。然而目前废品回收并不乐观,回收率低,再利用低,难以实现预期的经济效益和社会效益。文中在先进信息技术使用的基础上,以有效回收和再利用为目标,提出一种OTO(online to offline)的废品回收模式,并对其逆向物流模式进行分析。
With the economy and people＇s living standards improve,produce a large number of domestic scrap supplies,recycling and reusing of the waste are badly in need of a reasonable,otherwise it will to the sustainable development of environment and economy caused great threat. However,our recycling is not optimistic,recovery rate is low,then the use is low,it is difficult to achieve the expected economic benefits and social benefits. In this paper,based on the use of advanced information technology,to effectively recycle and reuse as the goal,this paper proposes a OTO（ online to offline） waste recycling model,and analyses its reverse logistics model.
