To Transform Tobacco Logistics into Value Chain in the Process of Reform and Integration

近年来,国家烟草局提出了行业物流工作要求,努力提升一体化、实体化、智能化水平;努力实现由核心业务向核心能力的转变、实现由成本中心向效益中心的转变、实现由企业物流向行业物流的转变;努力在物流重点中求效果、在物流运行中求效率、在物流发展中求效益,努力为烟草行业改革发展多作贡献。文中着重围绕"三个三"探讨如何通过节时降耗、资源整合、业态转型等措施,促进烟草物流链向价值链的升华。

China Tobacco Monopoly Bureau put forward a ‘three- three＇ principle,that is,the improvement of integration,materialization substantiation and intelligentization,the transformation from core business to core capability,from cost- centered business to profitability- centered business,from corporate- centered business to tobacco- industry- centered business and the seek of effectiveness,efficiency and profitability. The paper discusses the transformation from tobacco logistics chain to tobacco value chain through reducing time and cost,reallocating resources and transforming the industry.
