基于三阶段DEA模型的我国区域企业电子商务化效率评价研究

Research on the Evaluation of E- commerce Efficiency of China's Enterprise Based on Three Stage DEA Model

要促进各地区企业的电子商务化进程,重点在于其电子商务化效率的提高,客观准确地对我国各地域企业电子商务化效率进行评价具有很强的现实意义。文中采用三阶段的DEA模型对我国31个省级区域进行分析,测度出在剔除环境因素影响前后的企业电子商务化效率值。结果表明,传统的DEA模型分析结果很大程度上低估了各区域的电子商务化效率;各地效率值并没有明显的东部、中部和西部的区域化差异,但各地与生产前沿面上的北京、上海等一线城市仍存在一定差距,仍存在很大的发展空间。

To promote e- commerce process in enterprises,it is important to raise the efficiency of e- commerce. So objectively and accurately evaluating the enterprise e- commerce efficiency of different provinces has a strong practical significance. In this paper,we used the three stage DEA model to measure the efficiency value of the enterprise e- commerce of the 31 provincial regions in China before and after the elimination of environmental factors. The results show that the traditional DEA model analysis results largely underestimated the efficiency of enterprise e- commerce in China. And there is no obvious difference among eastern,central and western region. But comparing with Beijing,Shanghai which stand in the production frontier,other cities still exist certain gap,so there is still much room to develop.
