件烟分拣线在分拣过程中,因光电响应时间、件烟缓冲区距离、检测器参数设置不合理等原因,经常会出现件烟堵塞和检测误报等现象,造成成品卷烟出库时件烟损坏,件烟出库效率降低,对此问题进行研究和分析,通过调整光电检测器的安装位置,优化检测器的相关参数设置,解决了此类问题。
