大学校园垃圾多级减量化管理与对策研究

The Study on Multi- stage Reduction Management and Strategies of Campus Garbage

目前大学校园垃圾的减量化管理受到忽视,源头、中间、末端减量措施和方案较少,多数大学未能实施全过程多级减量。针对大学校园垃圾减量管理现状,提出全过程多级减量新措施。针对减量化过程中遇到的诸多问题,给出相应的解决对策,提出校园垃圾源头分类减量、中间资源化回收减量、末端无害化堆肥减量等具体措施,建议在高校建立校园垃圾三级管理体系及设立管理校园垃圾处理的独立职能部门,实现校园垃圾多级减量管理。

The situations of garbage reduction process in universities campuses have beenignored. The reduction methods and schemes dealing with the source,intermediate and ultimate reduction are limited. Most universities failed to implement full process multi- stage reductions. This article suggests new whole process multi- stage methods and brings about the corresponding methods to solve several problems in the reduction process,which include garbage source classification reduction,intermediate recycle reduction and ultimate fertilize reduction. The article also suggests establishing three- level management system and independent departments to manage the garbage dealings in universities,achieving the goal of multi- stage reduction management.
