低碳交通发展与城市土地利用关系研究

摘要 文中首先通过理论定性分析了交通与土地之间相互作用的关系,不同的用地布局决定了交通流向及道路结构,然而交通方式的改变,道路路网的布局以及交通枢纽的定位也都在一定程度上引导了城市布局发展。其次,将低碳交通与土地利用的耦合关系分成了三个层次,分别通过区位势理论、空间耦合理论以及可步行性指标体系模型,对低碳交通与城市空间的关系进行量化分析。最后对低碳交通引导城市布局发展做出了一系列策略,包含TOD模式,总规与详规编制问题,并建立了低碳节能减排评价指标体系,综合分析城市低碳节能水平。 This paper through the theory of the qualitative analysis of the interaction relationship between transportation and land,land for different layout determines the structure of traffic flow and road,but the change of the mode of transport,the layout of the road network and traffic hub,locate in a certain extent,to guide the development of city layout. Second,will the coupling relationship between low carbon transport and land use is divided into three levels,respectively,through the location potential theory,spatial coupling theory and walking index system model,on the relationship between the low carbon traffic and urban space for quantitative analysis. Finally to make a series of the development of low- carbon transport guide urban layout strategy,including TOD mode,general rules and the detailed programming problem,and established the evaluation index system of low carbon energy conservation and emissions reduction,comprehensive analysis of urban low carbon energy saving level.
