摘要
文中从企业培训项目评估体系的研究入手,提出了一种以顶层设计为架构的新型企业培训评估体系,系统科学的将顶层设计理念引入培训项目的评估工作中,深入探讨实用型培训的有效性反馈路线,形成一套较为完善的培训项目评估管控体系,为企业培训提供经验和借鉴。
In this paper,we start with the research on the evaluation system of enterprise training project,offer a new type of enterprise training evaluation system based on the architecture model of top- level design,and scientifically bring top- level design concept into the evaluation work of training project,in- depth study of the effectiveness of feedback line from practical training,then make a more perfect evaluation control system of training project,and provide experience and reference for enterprise training.
