高职院校物流专业国际化人才培养模式浅析

On the Training Mode of International Talents of Logistics Major in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着跨国物流产业的高速发展,符合其要求的技术技能型人才需求不断增加,有条件的高职院校应该借此契机,大力发展培养物流专业国际化人才,对接物流产业发展新轨道,为人才输送提供有力保障。当前我国高职院校在物流专业国际化人才培养方面还处于萌芽阶段,文中通过总结跨国物流企业合作经验,再对其进行综合分析的基础上,提出相应的对策建议,为进一步完善高职院校物流专业国际化人才培养模式提供参考借鉴。

With the rapid development of international logistics industry,in line with the requirements of technical skills talents demand will continue to increase,the higher vocational colleges should take this opportunity,vigorously develop the logistics talents cultivation internationalization professional and docking logistics industry development new track,. The higher vocational colleges in international professional logistics personnel culture is still in the embryonic stage,this paper summed up the experience of multinational logistics enterprises cooperation,then carries on the comprehensive analysis of the foundation,put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,for further improvement of Logistics Specialty in Higher Vocational College International Talents Training Mode to provide a reference.
