摘要
近年来市场经济迅速发展,教育程度不断提升,复合型人才已成为企业在招聘时的首要选择,而医药营销作为医学与市场营销学的交叉学科,其特殊性使企业希望能够招聘到既有医药专业知识又有市场营销技能的复合型营销人才,以市场需求为导向来研究本科医药营销专业人才的培养模式,将行业背景和专业知识融入到人才的培养过程中,使学生在掌握市场营销理论的基础上,融合医药知识,更好的为企业服务,已成为诸多高校面临的迫切问题。
In recent years,the rapid development of market economy,education level rising,talents has become the first choice for enterprises in the recruitment,and pharmaceutical marketing as a cross subject of medicine and marketing,its particularity makes the enterprises hope to recruit both medical professional knowledge and marketing skills of compound marketing talents training mode,guided by the market demand of professional talents of pharmaceutical marketing,industry background and expertise into the training process,and make the students master the basis of marketing theory,integration of medical knowledge,better services for enterprises,has become an urgent problem faced by many universities.
