摘要
为了解决传统预连接工艺理论依据缺乏、强迫装配经常存在、效率差异显著的问题,提出一种避免强迫装配和提升效率的预连接工艺规划模型.以引起强迫装配的零件配合面不匹配误差和生产资源调度路径为约束,将壁板划分为若干个相互联系的典型单元,联合构建典型单元之间的关联工艺子模型和典型单元内部工艺子模型.通过一个大型壁板预连接实例验证了该模型的有效性.结果表明:该模型不但有效避免了零件配合面不匹配误差引起的强迫装配,而且给出了提高生产资源调度效率的方法,优化后的调度效率相对于初值提升了29%,预连接数量减少了25%,这为预连接规范操作提供了理论依据.
A pre-joining process planning model with avoiding forced assemblies and improving efficiency to solve the problems that the traditional pre-joining processes lack theory evidence,the forced assemblies and the significantly-different efficiency.On account of that the mismatch error of mating surface of parts arising forced assemblies and that the scheduling path of production resources as constraints,the panel was divide into some interconnected typical units;the associated process sub-model between typical units and internal process sub-modelfor a typical unit was combinedly built,respectively.The effectiveness of model was verified by an example of large panel.As a result,the proposed model can not only effectively avoid the forced assemblies caused by the mismatch error of mating surface of parts,but also present an approach for increasing the scheduling efficiency of production resources.The scheduling efficiency after optimization was improved by 29%relative to the initial value andthe number of pre-joining decreases by25%,which provides a theoretical evidence for the pre-joining standardized operations.
