血管内皮生长因子单核苷酸多态性与动脉硬化性脑梗死的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)单核苷酸多态性(SNP)与动脉硬化性脑梗死(ACI)的关系。方法采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术,分析100例ACI患者与100例健康对照组VEGF-460T/C、+405G/C与+936C/T基因的多态性。结果 ACI组的三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆同醇(LDLC)、血压均高于对照组(均P<0.05);两组VEGF+936C/T的基因型和等位基因频率差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);-460T/C与+405G/C基因型和等位基因频率差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),携带有936T的人群患ACI的机会与非携带者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而ACI发病机会在携带有-460C和405C基因患者与非携带者差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论 VEGF+936C/T核苷酸多态性与ACI相关,其基因型是ACI易感基因型,VEGF-460T/C、+405G/C与ACI无关。
