摘要
根据航空发动机轴承试验机的技术指标研制了专用的航空发动机双转子轴承试验机,应用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件对试验机主轴进行了动静态性能分析。将轴承支承刚度等效为弹簧刚度,得到了主轴的强度、静刚度、固有频率和振型;并对主轴临界转速进行理论计算,验证了有限元模型的正确性及主轴结构设计的合理性。
A special tester for aero- engine double rotor bearings is developed according to technical index of tester for aero- engine bearings,and the dynamic and static performances for spindle of tester are analyzed by using finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench. The support stiffness of bearings is equivalent to spring stiffness,and the strength,static stiffness,natural frequency and vibration mode of spindle are obtained. The critical speed of spindle is theoretically calculated,and the correctness of finite element model and rationality of structural design of spindle are verified.
