摘要 由于LED发光特性的非线性,宜采用恒流驱动,所以提出了一种基于CLC-T谐振恒流网络的LED驱动电路拓扑结构,推导了CLC-T谐振恒流网络的恒流频率表达式。详细分析了该网络的恒流特性、电压增益特性及变压器的励磁电感对恒流特性的影响,并给出了兼顾软开关的电路参数设计方法。最后用仿真试验验证了所提电路良好的恒流特性,并能实现开关管的ZVS。 Due to the nonlinear characteristics of LED,there should have an LED driver with constant current.This paper proposed a novel LED driver topology based on CLC-T resonant network,and deduced the expression of constant current working frequency. The constant current characteristic and the influence of the excitation inductance on it was analyzed,as well as the voltage gain of the resonant network. And a parameter design method considering ZVS was given. Finally,the simulation experimental results confirm that the topology presented has good characteristic of constant current,and it can realize the ZVS.
