摘要
设计并研制了一种用于B型剩余电流断路器,包含剩余不动作电流、剩余动作电流、脱扣时间等测试功能的测试仪器。介绍了测试仪的功能、软硬件结构及工作原理,并对测试仪进行了检测及实际产品验证。结果表明测试仪具有可靠性高、功能齐全、人机界面友好、便于维护等特点,可提高检测的效率和质量。
A test equipment was designed for type B residual current circuit breaker,including non-operating current test,operating current test and tripping time test. The equipment function,software hardware structure and working principle were described,including residual current generating module,electronic load,measurement control system and test software. The test results show that the equipment is with high reliability,fully function,friendly human- machine interface,easily maintenance and so on.
