摘要
为实时监测配电网馈线运行状况,研制了一套由分布式架构监测终端和上位机组成的10 k V馈线故障监测系统。系统的电压型和电流型监测终端分别安装于变电站10 k V母线和馈线出口处,上位机位于变电站控制室中。电压型和电流型监测终端采用RS-485方式通信,兼作通信管理机的电压型监测终端和上位机采用以太网方式通信,以母线电压阈值越限作为启动故障录波的依据。经动模系统测试,验证了系统对10 k V馈线故障监测的可行性。
In order to monitor the operation status of feeder in distribution network,10 k V feeder fault monitoring system was developed. The system is composed of distributed monitoring terminals and computer. Voltage monitoring terminals and current monitoring terminals are installed on the bus and feeders,respectively. Computer is located in the substation control room. The communication between voltage monitoring terminal and current monitoring terminals is based on RS-485. Doubled as communication manager,the voltage monitoring terminals communicate with computer through Ethernet. The basis of recording fault data is over the limit of bus voltage threshold. After testing in the dynamic simulation,the system is practicable for the 10 k V feeder fault monitoring.
