摘要
可靠性与经济性是配电网规划与建设中重要参考指标,对10 k V中压配电网的常用接线模式进行了两个指标比较分析。针对分析指标,引入了隶属度函数,对指标进行隶属度计算,实现不同维度指标并归的定量分析。基于计算结果,引入动态权值的方法,构建动态评价模型,根据区域不同特点,给出了权衡经济性与可靠性的最优化的典型接线模式。
Reliability and economy are two important index for distribution network planning and construction.The commonly used connection modes for urban 10 k V distribution networks were analyzed. For the analysis indicators,the fuzzy membership function was introduced to determine the membership of each index in order to achieve quantitative analysis of different dimensions. Based on the calculation results,the dynamic weight methods was adopted and a dynamic evaluation model was built to give the optimization connection mode concerning both the economy and reliability.
