Advances in Reaming While Drilling Technology

随钻扩眼工具作为扩眼工具的一种,具有常规固定翼式扩眼工具无法比拟的优势。在介绍随钻扩眼技术在深井、超深井、小间隙井、盐膏层钻井和侧钻井中的应用情况后,就国外随钻扩眼工具的研究进展和应用进行了分析,包括斯伦贝谢公司的Rhino系列扩眼工具、哈里伯顿公司的XR^(TM)和UR^(TM)扩眼工具、贝克休斯公司的GaugePro扩眼工具、威德福公司的RipTide扩眼工具及国民油井公司的Anderreamer扩眼工具。指出了国内外随钻扩眼工具的研究重点和今后的发展趋势。最后建议我国应加强随钻扩眼技术和工具的研究力度,完善随钻扩眼技术和工具,这对提高我国的钻井技术有着重要的现实意义。

The reaming while drilling tools feature unmatched advantages over conventional fixed-arm reaming tools. Applications of reaming while drilling technology in deep well,ultra-deep well,small casing-borehole gap well,salt layer drilling and sidetrack drilling have been introduced. The research progress and application of foreign reaming while drilling tools have been analyzed,including Schlumberger＇s Rhino family reaming tool,Halliburton＇s XR^（TM） and UR^（TM） reaming tools,Baker Hughes＇ s GaugePro reaming tool,Weatherford＇s RipTide reaming tool and NOV＇s Anderreamer reaming tool. The research focuses and future trends of reaming while drilling tools have been put forward. Recommendations on enhancing the research efforts on reaming while drilling technology and tools,and improving reaming while drilling techniques and tools have been proposed,which presents practical significance in improving our nation＇s drilling technology.
