经皮椎体成形术治疗老年脊椎压缩骨折的临床分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究探讨经皮椎体成形术对老年患者脊椎压缩骨折的临床疗效。方法:选取某院2010年1月~2015年6月收治的57例脊椎压缩骨折患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方法分为两组,其中研究组(39例)采用经皮椎体成形术治疗,对照组(18例)采用经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:研究组的手术治疗时间、骨水泥注入量、后凸矫正率、椎体增加高度、1年椎体丢失高度等指标显著低于对照组对比,差异都具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);两组骨水泥渗漏率、3个月~1年的VAS评分及SF-36评分组间比较都未表现统计学意义。结论:经皮椎体成形术对脊椎压缩骨折的临床治疗效果良好,适合在临床广泛应用。 Objective:To study the clinical effect of the treatment of vertebral compression fractures in the elderly by the operation of skin vertebral body.Methods:Select 57 patients with vertebral compression fracture in a hospital from January 2010 to June 2015 as research objects,who were divided into two groups,study group(39patients)treated with the skin vertebral body forming the surgical treatment,and control group(18patients)treated with skin ridge vertebral kyphosis forming the surgical treatment,then clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups wwere compared.Results:Surgical time,bone cement injection volume,kyphosis correction rate,vertebral increase height,1year vertebral lost height,and other indicators of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference has statistical significance(P0.05);bone cement leakage rate,3months to 1year of VAS score and SF-36 scores of the two groups were not statistically significant.Conclusion:The clinical treatment effect of vertebral compression fractures after skin vertebral body compression fractures is good,which is suitable for clinical application.
