摘要
目的:分析盐港医院的感染细菌分布、药物敏感性情况,为临床抗生素选择提供依据,避免出现耐药菌。方法:通过对某院各科室2015年第一、二季度送检的161份细菌培养标本的分离鉴定与药敏试验,记录结果。结果:在161份标本中,分离出细菌31株,多为革兰氏阴性菌(22株),其中,大肠埃希氏菌、铜绿假单胞菌比重较大,致病菌来源以儿科、外二科呼吸道为主,产ESBLs菌株4株,MRSA菌株2株。结论:掌握医院感染细菌分布,提高抗生素使用科学性,有助于降低耐药菌发生。
Objective:To analyze the infection bacteria distribution,drug sensitivity situation in Yangang Hospital in order to provide the basis for selection of clinical antibiotics,avoid the emergence of drug-resistant bacteria.Methods:Analyze isolation,identification and drug sensitivity test of 161 bacterial culture specimens in every department of our hospital in the first,second quarter in 2015 and then record the results.Results:In 161 samples isolate 31 strains of bacteria,multi gram negative bacteria(22strains).Among them,Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa accounted for larger,causing bacteria sources in Department of Pediatrics,Second Department of respiratory tract,4strains producing ESBLs,MRSA strains 2strains.Conclusion:Mastering the bacterial distribution of nosocomial infections can improve the scientific use of antibiotics,and help to reduce the occurrence of drug resistant bacteria.
