灸甘草汤加味联合西药治疗扩张型心肌病的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Combined Treatment with Moxibustion and Western Medicine in Patients with Dilated Cardiomyopathy

目的：探讨扩张型心肌病患者应用灸甘草汤加味和西药联合治疗方案的临床疗效。方法：选取某院于2011年7月~2014年6月收治的扩张型心肌病患者80例,将其随机分为对照组（40例）和观察组（40例）。对照组采用常规西药治疗方案,观察组在对照组的基础上服用炙甘草汤加味。结果：观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组;治疗后的CO、LVEF、BNP等指标明显改善,临床症状发生率降低（P〈0.05）,具有统计学意义。结论：扩张型心肌病患者应用灸甘草汤加味和西药联合治疗方案,临床疗效更佳,患者心功能恢复情况良好,心悸、胸闷、气促、失眠、乏力、纳呆等症状的发生率低,值得临床推广。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of combined treatment with moxibustion and Western medicine in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy.Methods：80patients with dilated cardiomyopathy were randomly divided into the control group（40cases）and the observation group（40cases）in our hospital from July 2011 to June 2014.The control group were treated with conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group were treated with moxibustion based on the treatment of conventional western medicine.Results：The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the CO,BNP,LVEF and other indicators were significantly improved after treatment,and the clinical symptoms were reduced（P 0.05）,with statistical significance.Conclusion：Clinical curative effect of treating expansion cardiomyopathy patients with moxibustion and Western medicine combination therapy is better,and cardiac function recovers better,the incidence of heart palpitations,chest tightness,shortness of breath,insomnia,fatigue,anorexia is low,which is worth clinical promotion.
