小儿毛细支气管炎应用普米克令舒辅助治疗50例临床疗效观察

Clinical Curative Effect Observation of Treating 50 cases of Infantile Capillary Bronchitis with Pumikelingshu

目的：研究普米克令舒雾化治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法：选取某院住院部2014年3月~2015年3月儿科住院治疗的100例毛细支气管炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组采取头孢噻肟钠抗感染、吸氧、小儿肺热咳喘口服液化痰、喜炎平抗病毒,非那根止咳,博利康尼平喘,对症降温等治疗。观察组在此基础上采取普米克令舒0.5~2mL氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗,对照组采用地塞米松2mg加生理盐水5ml氧气驱动雾化吸入,比较两组临床疗效。结果：观察组总有效率92%,对照组总有效率64%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：普米克令舒治疗毛细支气管炎,可提高临床效果,值得推广应用。

Objective：To research the curative effect of treating 50 cases of Infantile capillary bronchitis with Pumikelingshu.Methods：100cases of capillary bronchitis patients treated in our hospital from March2014 to March 2015 were taken as research objects,who were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.The control group were treated with cefotaxime sodium anti-infection,oxygen,children lungs heat to cough and gasp the oral liquid of phlegm,Xi Yan Ping Kang Bing Du,syrupus phenergani tussis,connie and asthma isle,symptomatic treatment such as cooling,etc.Based on the same treatment of the control group,the observation group were also treated with Pu Mi Ke Ling Shu 0.5~2ml oxygen aerosol inhalation therapy.The control group were treated with 2mg and normal saline 5ml oxygen atomization inhalation.Compare clinical curative effect of the two groups.Results：The total effectiveness of observation group was 92%,control group was 64%,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）.Conclusion：Pumikelingshu is effective in treating capillary bronchitis,which can improve the clinical effect and is worthy of popularization and application.
