探讨大剂量盐酸氨溴索治疗老年人吸入性肺炎的效果

Discussion on Clinical Effect of Treating Aspiration Pneumonia in the Elderly with Large Dose of Ambroxol Hydrochloride

目的：探讨大剂量盐酸氨溴索治疗老年人吸入性肺炎的临床效果。方法：选择某院2013年1月~2015年1月之间收治的100例老年人吸入性肺炎患者为观察对象,将其随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组观察对象接受常规剂量盐酸氨溴索治疗,实验组观察对象接受大剂量盐酸氨溴索治疗,对比分析两组观察对象的临床治疗效果。结果：实验组观察对象临床治疗后住院时间、退热时间、症状缓解时间等观察指标情况均明显优于对照组,同时,实验组患者临床治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：老年人吸入性肺炎患者接受大剂量盐酸氨溴索治疗,具有较高的总有效率,且有助于患者临床症状的改善,因而值得推广和应用。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of treating aspiration pneumonia in the elderly with large dose of ambroxol hydrochloride.Methods：100cases of aspiration pneumonia in the elderly patients treated in a hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were taken as research objects,who were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group were treated with conventional dose ambroxol hydrochloride,and the experimental group were treated with large-dose ambroxol hydrochloride,then compare the clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results：After clinical treatment,length of hospital stay,time,symptoms such as fever observation indexes of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group.At the same time,total effective rate of the experimental group was obviously higher than that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Treating aspiration pneumonia in the elderly with large dose of ambroxol hydrochloride has relatively high total effective rate,which can help improve patients＇ clinical symptoms,and is worth popularization and application.
