研究美托洛尔对风湿性心脏病的临床治疗效果

Clinical Therapeutic Effect of Metoprolol on Rheumatic Heart Disease

目的：研究美托洛尔对风湿性心脏病的临床治疗效果。方法：选择在2012年10月~2014年10月期间在某院接受治疗的90例风湿性心脏病患者,将这90例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各45例。对照组患者进行常规治疗,观察组患者则在对照组基础上再进行美托洛尔治疗。对两组患者在接受不同治疗后的治疗效果以及患者心功能等各项指标进行观察对比。结果：经过一段时间观察,观察组患者在接受美托洛尔治疗后,取得了满意效果,患者的治疗总有效率明显提高,患者在心功能等各项指标上均优于对照组,两组形成的差异大,在统计学方面具有意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对风湿性心脏病患者采取美托洛尔治疗,能够提高患者的治疗效果,改善患者的心功能,减少患者的死亡率,说明美托洛尔治疗风湿性心脏病的效果好,值得在临床上应用和推广。

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of metoprolol on rheumatic heart disease.Methods：90patients with rheumatic heart disease who received treatment in a hospital from October 2012 to October 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,45 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine treatment,patients in the observation group were given metoprolol treatment on the basis of treatment of the control group.The curative effect and heart function of patients in the two groups were observed and compared.Results：After receiving metoprolol treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was improved obviously,heart function and other indicators of patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：For patients with rheumatic heart disease,metoprolol treatment can improve the treatment effect,improve heart function of patients,reduce the patient＇s mortality,which menas that metoprolol has remarkable effect in the treatment of rheumatic heart disease and is worthy of application and promotion in clinic.
