糖尿病管理中心模式在非内分泌科糖尿病患者的应用探讨

Discussion on the Application of Diabetes Center Management Mode in the Endocrinology Diabetes Patients

目的:探索以糖尿病管理中心的管理模式管理非内分泌科住院的糖尿病患者的可行性、有效性及实用性。方法:选取非内分泌科住院的2型糖尿病患者200例分别为实验组和对照组,实验组由糖尿病管理中心的糖尿病专科医生与专业护士统一管理,管理包括治疗方案及教育方案的制定与实施,对照组由原住院科室的医生与糖尿病联络护士共同管理,观察两组干预前、干预后7d、6个月后的生化指标。结果:实验组与对照组经过干预后,空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖,糖化血红蛋白,在干预后第7d,第6个月均较治疗前有显著改善(P<0.01),实验组的效果显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:在非内分泌科住院的糖尿病患者采取糖尿病中心管理模式能显著控制患者血糖水平,改善患者生活质量。此外,此运作模式管理效率高,具有现实可行性,值得推广应用。

Objective：To explore the feasibility,validity and practicability of management mode in diabetes management in the management of endocrinology the diabetic patients in hospital.Methods：200cases of type 2diabetes patients in endocrinology department of the hospital were divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group were managed by diabetes management center of diabetes specialist and professional nurses,management including treatment and education plan formulation and the control group were managed by the doctors of the original department and the contacting diabetes nurse.Then observe the biochemical indicators before intervention,intervention after 7days,after 6 months of the two groups.Results：After intervention,fasting blood sugar,2hpostprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglob of the experimental group and control group 7days after the intervention,the first 6month were significantly improved（P0.01）.The effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion：In the endocrinology diabetic patients in the hospital take patients with diabetes center management mode can significantly control the blood sugar level,improve the patients quality of life.In addition,the mode of operation management efficiency is high,has the realistic feasibility,is worthy of popularization and application.
