摘要
旅游业是我国的支柱产业之一,旅游并购的兴起是不可逆转之势。并购案例分析揭示了旅游行业并购的一般性机理,认为并购的成功应遵循如下理念:合理选择并购时机,科学定位目标企业,注重并购后的资金整合,适度的政府主导和参与,充分利用现有法律,预防管理者过度自信。
Tourism is one of the pillar ind ustries in our country,and the rise of tourism mergers and acquisitions(MA)is an irreversible trend. The case study of MA reveals the general internal cause of the mergers and acquisitions in tourism industry,and it recognizes that successful mergers and acquisitions should follow the following several concepts :The acquisitions timing should be reasonably chosen and the target enterprise should be scientifically located;the funding integration after MA should be paid attention and the moderate participation and domination by government should be involved;the existing law should be fully utilized and the managerial overconfidence should be controlled.
