农民工市民化的制度困境与机理分析

An Analysis of the Internal Causes and Dilemma of Citizenization of Migrant Workers

农民工市民化是新型城镇化建设的关键因素。通过分析农民工市民化的内涵和现状,建立制度因素对农民工市民化影响的模型,进而分析制度因素对农民工市民化的影响实质。将农民工市民化划分为三阶段,分别分析制度因素对市民化三阶段的影响机理,得出对应阶段进行相应的制度改革来扫除市民化进程的制度障碍。

The citizenization of migrant workers is a key factor in the construction of new urbanization. Through the analysis of the connotation and current situation for the citizenization of migrant workers,the model with the impact of institutional factors on the citizenization of migrant workers is established,and then the impact of institutional factors on the citizenization of migrant workers. The citizenization of migrant workers can be divided into three stages. Through analyzing the internal causes of institutional factors on the three stage of the citizenization,the corresponding stage of the system reform can be achieved to eliminate the institutional barriers of the citizenization process.
