摘要 针对HCSR对于局部结构强度细化分析子模型范围的规定及CCS_HCSR_TOOLS对于细化分析子模型边界条件施加方法的合理性问题,以某散货船的底边舱下折角为例,进行局部结构细化网格分析,分别建立嵌入式细化模型以及3个不同范围的子模型,以嵌入式模型计算结果为基准,对比各子模型应力计算结果表明,子模型范围、边界节点角位移约束及子模型新增节点的插值处理对应力结果影响较大;子模型边界节点所在位置对应力结果影响不大。 In order to analyze the extent of model in HCSR and application of boundary conditions in CCS_HCSR_TOOLS when a separate sub-model is used for the fine mesh detailed stress analysis,the fine mesh analysis is carried out for the lower hopper knuckle of a bulk carrier. One global cargo hold model in which fine mesh zones are incorporated and three sub-models with different extents are analyzed,and the stress results of sub-models are compared with those of global cargo hold which are taken as benchmarks. It shows that the extent of sub-model,angular displacement constraint of boundary nodes and interpolation process of the new added nodes of sub-models have a significant impact on the stress results,while the location of the boundary node of sub-models have a negligible impact on the stress results.
