针对内河船舶定期检验存在的问题,为加强现场管理的需要,采用信息化手段及大数据技术,开发内河船舶营运检验管理信息系统,介绍对系统的开发背景、总体设计、系统功能模块、系统运行情况及下一步研发方向。

Because of the problems of periodic inspection of inland ships,the information management system of inspection survey for inland ships is developed based on information technology and big data in order to strengthen the on-the-spot surveillance. The development background,overall design and functional modules of the system are introduced,as well as the next research direction.
