摘要
在总结软刚臂单点系泊系统和浮式生产储油装置FPSO间跨接软管和跨接电缆的连接方式的基础上,以渤海蓬莱19-3Ⅱ期开发项目"海洋石油117"30万t大型FPSO软管和电缆连接为例,从技术可行性、成本、作业风险及可调动船舶资源等方面对预布安装法、浮吊安装法和驳船安装法等3种跨接软管和跨接电缆连接方法进行分析、探讨。
Based on summarizing the installation method of jumpers and cables installation between soft hard arm single point mooring system and floating production,ptorage and offloading system( FPSO),taking the Penglai 19-3 phaseⅡ jumpers and cables installation project as an example,three jumper hose and cable installation methods are proposed including pre-arrangement installation,floating crane installation and barge installation. These three methods are analyzed comparatively from views of technical feasibility,cost management,operation risk and motivating vessel resources.
