流产后避孕宣教服务对育龄期妇女避孕效果的观察

Observation of effects of contraception education service for women of childbearing age after abortion

目的:观察避孕宣教服务对育龄期妇女流产后的避孕效果。方法:选取72例择期行无痛人工流产术妇女,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各36例。对照组妇女术后给予常规指导;研究组妇女在对照组基础上予以避孕宣教服务。术后定期随访,于1个月、3个月、6个月、9个月、12个月后统计妇女的避孕效果,比较组间差异。结果:1术后1个月,两组妇女身体恢复良好,无显著差异;但手术1、3、6、9、12个月后,采用避孕措施的情况两组妇女差异显著,研究组妇女采用高效避孕方法的例数明显高于对照组(P<0.05);2两组妇女均有再妊娠情况,其中研究组3例,对照组11例;研究组妇女重复妊娠率明显低于对照组,P<0.05;研究组妇女避孕成功率为91.7%,明显高于对照组的69.4%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:对流产后育龄期妇女在术后给予常规指导基础上进行避孕宣教服务,有助于提高其避孕成功率。

Objective： To analyze effects of contraception education service for women of childbearing age after abortion.Methods： 72 patients undergoing painless artificial abortion were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,36 cases in each group. The control group received the conventional guidance,while the study group accepted the contraception education service based on the conventional guidance. A regular follow-up after operation was performed,and the contraceptive effects 1 month,3 months,6 months,9 months and 12 months after the operation of the two groups were statistically analyzed and compared. Results：（ 1） 1 month after the operation,the women of the two groups recovered well,and there was no significant difference; however,1month,3 months,6 months,9 months and 12 months after the operation,there was a significant difference in the contraceptive effect between the two groups,and the number of the patients in study group receiving theefficient contraception method was significantly higher than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）.（ 2） Pregnancy again occurred in 3 cases in the study group and 11 cases in the control group. The repeated pregnancy rate of study group was significantly lower than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）. The success rate of contraception of study group（ 91. 7%） was significantly higher than that of control group（ 69. 4%,P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： Contraceptive education based on the conventional guidancefor the women during childbearing age after abortioncan greatly significantly improve the success rate of contraception.
