强迫症患者家庭环境及父母教育方式的调查研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探索强迫症患者家庭环境特点以及父母教育方式差异。方法:选择40例临床确诊为强迫症患者为研究组;同时选取40例健康志愿者为对照组。采用家庭环境量表中文版(FES-CV)评价和父母教育方式问卷(EMBU)对两组研究对象进行评价,并比较。结果:研究组患者的FES-CV亲密度、情感表达、独立性、成功性、娱乐性、知识性、组织性、控制性、道德观各分量表评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),而矛盾性量表评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);EMBU评分父亲惩罚严厉、过分干涉、过度保护及拒绝否认各量表评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);而母亲拒绝否认、惩罚严厉各量表评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:不良家庭环境和父母不当教育方式在强迫症患者的发生和发展中发挥极重要作用。 Objective: To investigate family environment characteristics and parenteducation fashion differences for patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder. Methods: 40 cases with obsessive-compulsive disorder and 40 healthy volunteers matched with study were selected and used as study group and control group,respectively. The two groups were evaluated with family environment scale-Chinese version( FES-CV) and Egma Minnenav Bardndosna uppforstran( EMBU) and compared. Results: For FES-CV,the scores of intimacy,expression of feelings,independence,achievement orientation,entertainment,infotainment,organization,controlled ovarian,and morality of study group were obviously lower than those of control group( P〈0. 05),but the contradictoriness score was obviously higher than that of control group( P〈0. 05). For EMBU,the scores of punishment,over-interference,over protection,and refused to deny of study group were obviously lower than those of control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusions: Poor family environment and improper parent education play a key role in the initiation and development of obsessive-compulsive disorder.
