论翻转课堂教学模式在管理学案例教学中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 通过实践经验总结,从翻转课堂的来源及含义入手,对翻转课堂教学模式进行微创新设计。以管理学中"行为科学理论"教学内容为例,设置了课前知识传递、课堂吸收内化、课后拓展应用三阶段的教学模式,设计了教学任务单,并从实践教学角度提出了翻转课堂在管理学案例教学应用中可能出现的问题和建议。
