摘要
由于本科办学历史不长,质量观念滞后,地方应用型本科院校的质量监控存在诸多问题。需要通过持续开展年度院系教学工作状态评估、制订并实施专业人才培养质量标准、开展结果评估、完善教学质量信息反馈与调控系统、改进课堂教学质量评价等途径,去解决地方应用型本科院校教学质量监控主体不明、监控效度不高、质量评价主观化、过程监控缺乏持续性等问题。
Due to a short history and the tendency of conservatism, there exist such problems in teaching andlearning quality monitoring in local application-oriented institutes as unsettled sectors, dissatisfactory validity,subjective judgment, discontinuity in the monitoring process, etc. In light of relevant theory, this paper suggeststhat the effective and efficient solutions to the problems are annual estimations on both the teachers ’ and thestudents’ work of each department, a set of unified standard for personnel training, a teaching and learningresult estimating system, the improvement in teaching and learning feedback and adjustment system, the polishin the estimation on teaching quality and so forth.
