摘要 为建设适应高等职业教育发展需要的教学素质高、实践能力强的教师队伍,促进高等职业教育持续健康发展,探讨加拿大"能力本位"职业教育模式的主要特色,阐述了职教能力的概念,分析了我国高职教师职教能力的现状及成因,结合当前的职业教育形势,借鉴加拿大的成功经验,提出了相应的培养策略。 For the sake of constructing a qualified and practical teacher team to meet the needs of thedevelopment of higher vocational education and to promote the sustainable and healthy development of thehigher vocational education, this paper probes into the main characteristics of Canadian “competence-based”vocational education mode, expounds the concept of vocational education and teaching ability, analyzes thepresent situation and the origin of our vocational college teachers’ vocational education and teaching ability,combines with the current vocational education situation, draws lessons from the Canadian successfulexperience, and puts forward the corresponding training strategies.
