我国大学生领导力教育研究——基于美国高校领导力项目的实践经验

Research on Educations of College Student Leadership:Based on Education Practical Experience of American College Student Leadership

大学生领导力研究在美国开展得较早,而在我国相关研究近几年才被关注。介绍美国某工科学院的领导力培育项目的内容和特色,分析我国大学生领导力研究和教育现状,并对借鉴美国高校领导力培育项目的经验推动我国高校领导力教育提出建议。

The research on college student leadership was carried out in America much earlier than in China,while this research has been focused on in China only in recent years.This article described the content and characteristics of Grow-Your-Own Leadership Program in an American Technical College.It also analyzed the research and education conditions of college student leadership in our country,and put forward some suggestions on how to learn from the experiences of the American college leadership program to promote our related education in our country.
