从出国留学教育中得到的启示与思考

Inspiration and Reflection from Studying International Education

学生出国留学教育和来华留学教育是高校推进教育国际化进程的重要途径。通过比较研究,提出如下建议:我国教育主管部门应制定适宜的教育政策,并督促各高校严格按照有关规定做好来华留学教育工作;各高校应该充分利用自身学科建设优势,创新教学管理模式,有针对性地培养来华留学生的专业能力和汉语能力;深入研究东西方文化差异,拟定适合不同文化背景的留学生的培养管理方案;利用现有的和可发掘的国际资源,努力探索既能扩大留学生规模又能提高留学生培养质量的良性互动的途径。

Chinese students studying abroad and international students studying in China are both important ways of promoting universities＇internationalization.Through comparative research,this paper analyzes problems in the process of international students＇admission,enrollment,cultivation,and management in Chinese universities.On such basis,the author proposes the following coping strategies：Education authorities are supposed to make appropriate education policies and supervise universities to carry out international students＇education in strict accordance with related rules and regulations.Universities should fully tap into their discipline construction advantages to innovate teaching management modes,and specifically cultivate international students＇professional abilities as well as Chinese competency.It is essential to study the culture differences between Eastern and Western countries,so as to make proper cultivation and management plans for students from various cultural backgrounds.We also need to make full use of current and potential international resources,and explore positively interactive ways that can both enhance international students＇quantity and improve their education quality.
