大体积混凝土施工的养护措施及温度控制

Maintenance measures and temperature control of mass concrete construction

以某广场地下室大体积混凝土底板、承台浇筑施工为研究对象,对其混凝土施工过程中的温度变化进行了现场监控,并根据混凝土结构温度裂缝的成因理论,对大体积混凝土底板进行了温控指标的计算。通过对混凝土温度监测值与理论计算值的对比、分析,均表明只用薄膜覆盖养护不能满足大体积混凝土不裂的质量要求,应按测温指引即时调整保温覆盖措施,实施精准养护,才能收到良好成效。

This paper based on the example of the construction of large volume concrete floor and cap pouring in asquare basement, the temperature changes in the concrete construction process were monitored in the field, andaccording to the theory of the temperature crack of the concrete structure, the temperature control index of themass concrete base slab is calculated. Through the comparison and analysis of the temperature monitoring valueand the theoretical calculation value of concrete, the results show that the maintenance of the film cover can notmeet the quality requirements of mass concrete, only by the temperature measurement guidelines to adjust themeasures of thermal insulation coating and implement precision conservation can receive good results.
